There are certain parts of movies that I live best, and don’t mind seeing a few dozen times if possible. They don’t have to be related to the action or the actual story of the movie … often, they don’t even have any characters at all.
Just today, I saw some of my favourite bits again …
Gangs of New York: At the very end of the movie, when Leonardo puts his dad’s blade into a hole and covers it with dirt and walks away … from then on, as it shows the NYC skyline developing over the decades. Thats just excellent. The most organic representation of how today’s cities have evolved.
The Bourne Identity: During the first part of the movie, when Jason Bourne is sleeping in the part and the two cops come to wake him up. That fight scene, where he disarms them without even thinking, and suddenly sees their gun in his hands, and doesn’t know what to do with it.
Spiderman 1: When Peter tried to figure out how to spin his web from his hands … Go Web, Up Up and Away Web, Shazam??! Hilarious. But so true … thats how a real teenager would try it … based on ideas from current popular culture!
Spiderman 2: When Peter’s walking around college and you hear the tunes to Rain drops are falling on my head. Incredibly entertaining.
Any favourite bits you can remember?

The striptease from L’il Miss Sunshine. have you seen it? That little girl performs it with such innocence:) Also, the parts where they push the van to get it rolling and have to run and jump into it. V. Sweet:)

The beginning of the Bourne Supremacy, where Matt Damon is spotted by the assassin in Goa, and Matt Damon just turns around and gives him “the look”, with a bottle of Himalayan – Natural Mineral Water in his hand…… That was the scene that did it for me in the Movie.
I think not too many people will get this.

Who remembers “I heart Huckabees”? I love the entire movie. Sameer, there is no Himalayan water in it but I can understand why you would like that scene. Great brand marketing onHimalayan’ – Natural Mineral Waters’ part.
