How about this, you are going for a holiday, or a very active weekend, and need to let a select set of people know your schedule and locations …
a good way would be to send out a mass email, with bulleted points of information on time and location.
OR, using google maps, list out the locations WITH date/time tags.
Google Moon did a good job of it … imagine that as a calendar of Moon landings over a multi-year period, and locations of landing parties!!!
Now, just get this integrated with outlook so you can directly export date/time and location addresses in an easy xml file.
Might be when I next have some free time, I could grab other people with time and get started on it.
